There are 10 spaces available for MAGPI Members. Members must have H.323 videoconferencing capabilities.

There are 5 spaces available for non-MAGPI Members. Sites must have H.323 videoconference capabilities and be connected to a research and education network.

Virtually vist the University at Buffalo via videoconference! This special event is geared toward prospective students and is a great way to see all that the university has to offer.  The University at Buffalo is the largest public research center in New York.  They have more than 100 undergraduate degree programs, 190 Master's and 90 PhD programs to choose from.  Additionally, they have their own Medical School, Dental School, School of Pharmacy and Law School. 

This tour will provide an overview of the admissions process and include a view of what campus life is like, including activities in the surrounding Buffalo, NY area. 

Pre-Videoconference Activities

  • Familiarize students with University at Buffalo: Have students browse the University at Buffalo website.
  • Generate questions: There will be ample opportunity for students to ask questions during this videoconference event. Please have them brainstorm questions ahead of time. We will call on schools in alphabetical order during the Q&A portion of this event.
